"Punkin" Pie for Breakfast!

Since Fall finally arrived here in Texas, Reagan has been wanting Pumpkin Pie! I finally got all the ingredients last Friday and together we made the pie. After Hudson cracked one of the eggs on me, and there were plenty of ingredients all over the kitchen island, we finally got the pie in the oven. Unfortunately, we were not able to indulge in it that night since it was bedtime by the time the pie was ready. So...first thing Saturday morning, Reagan asked for "punkin' pie" for breakfast! Both she and Hudson enjoyed the pie with "coffee!" Yummy!

Homecoming Pep Rally

Reagan had her Homecoming Pep Rally last week and loved every minute of it. Of course she called it the "pepper rally" all week! It was complete with mums and everything! I have never made a mum before but quickly learned with the help of Nan...Thanks Nan! The girls got to perform a cheer and their dance on the field, and also got to see the high school cheerleaders perform. They had a great time and we did win the game on Saturday. We are currently undefeated! GO BULLDOGS!

Midway Games and Rides

We saved the games and rides for last this year. Hudson is now tall enough to ride the majority of rides, but next year should be able to ride basically anything! A few times, John and Hudson rode something while Reagan and I rode something else. By this time during the day, the kids were extremely tired, but they enjoyed it until the end! We had such a great time and can't wait to return next year!

On the Farm!

We also always enjoy the farm at the fair! It is always fun for the kids to pick peaches, gather eggs, milk the cows and plant some seeds. Don't forget getting on the tractor and taking the feed out to the cows!

Petting Zoo!

WE LOVE THE PETTING ZOO!!! Hudson was a bit shy at first, but warmed up quickly. I think Reagan liked the camel the best! We had a great time feeding the animals and can't wait till next year!!
