VBS

Also in the early summer, Reagan participated in two different vacation bible schools, and Hudson got to participate in one. They loved going and meeting new people, participating in activities, singing, and learning about God. I'm sure it will become a yearly activity that they participate in!

Swim Lessons!

Early in the summer, we had Reagan and Hudson participate in swim lessons. These were daily for two weeks, and by the end, we had pretty good swimmers! They are still working on it, but are no longer afraid of the water. We had two extremely tired kids for those two weeks, but it was well worth the end result!

Gulf World 2013

Every year that we are in Panama City Beach, we try to go to Gulf World. It is a park that houses multiple types of animals, including dolphins, sea lions, penguins, sea turtles, sharks, flamingos, and several others. We love seeing the dolphin show and sea lion shows, and enjoying the exhibits. This year, a reality TV star, Honey Boo Boo, was also there, and the girls got their picture taken with her and her family! Reagan and Hudson love the yearly photo with the animals. Reagan chose her photo with the Dolphin, and Hudson decided he needed a kiss on the lips from the Sea Lion, Duke! Although Duke nearly pushed him over with the kiss, Hudson came out of it smiling!

Sea Screamer!

We decided to take a trip on the "Sea Screamer" this year. It is a two hour ride around the waters of Panama City Beach. We were able to see several dolphins near the boat, saw the remains of a sunken ship, shot a cannon near some condos, and then the kids got to drive the boat! Reese, Reagan and Hudson all became experienced drivers, and loved it!

Florida 2013!

We headed to Florida again this year for a nice week long vacation! We had John's brother's family join us and had a blast. We also had the opportunity to fly this year, rather than the extremely long drive that we normally make. It was wonderful! Our nieces, Kourtney, Rylea, Racheal, and Reese had never flown before, so they were very anxious and excited but loved it! The beach house was great, and directly on the beach which is so convenient. Although we had some rain while we were there, it didn't stop us from having a great time!

Bumblebees!

Reagan also completed her season last Saturday! She has learned a lot this season and really enjoys playing. Her party was this week at CiCi's Pizza. The girls had a ton of fun, and got a medal and trophy. I couldn't get her team picture or individual to load correctly either! She is excited to play again next year as well! Go Bumblebees!

Diamondbacks!

Hudson ended his TBall season last Saturday! He had a party after the game to get a medal and cute bobble head trophy! He loved playing baseball and can't wait until next year! The boys did a great job, and were by far, the youngest team in the league. Unfortunately, I couldn't get his team picture and his individual picture to load like I would have liked, so you have to turn your head to view them! I'm sure we will continue to practice this summer and will be ready for next season! Go Diamondbacks!

Happy Father's Day!

We were able to spend Sunday with the best man ever.....Daddy! Our family would not be the same without his love, guidance, and encouragement! John is definitely a "hands-on" Dad and loves to participate in the kid's activities, and is more than willing to help out at home, with school work, and transportation! We were able to go to the Ft. Worth Zoo on Sunday and had a blast! We saw lots of animals, and even took a train ride. We ended up at the "Mellow Mushroom" for some great pizza at the end of the day. Thank you for being such a wonderful Father!

Last day of Kindergarten!

Reagan had her last day of Kindergarten this week! It is amazing what she has learned this year! She simply amazes me everyday! The kind of work they do now in Kinder is much more difficult than it was years ago! She had a program and awards ceremony at school this week, and Hudson and I were able to go. She also brought home some great certificates and a book about Kinder. I can't believe she is a big "First Grader!"

Here are a few of the other pictures from our trip to Boston! We had a great time, had great seats to the Red Sox game, (even though it was cold and rainy!) and were able to see some of the great history Boston has to offer. We plan on going back and seeing more the next time we are there!
