Biloxi Beach!

Since we had some extra days on this visit, we went to Biloxi Beach one day! We love the beach in the summer! Of course, we also had to go and get some souvenirs while there!! We can't wait to visit again soon!

Visiting Corky!

The day that Emily and Warren left to go back to North Carolina, we left to visit my grandfather, Corky in Mississippi. We were also there in February but were able to spend more time with him on this visit. The kids love going to visit him and had a great time!

Uncle Warren and Emily Visit!!

Warren and Emily were able to visit a week in early June. Everyone had a great time and it was a wonderful visit. Although Reagan and Emily are two years apart, they are great friends and even better cousins! Poor Hudson would sometimes be left out, but the girls did a great job at trying to include him. Of course, there were very girly things to do including getting manicures/pedicures, and going to Justice to shop. They also had fun on the water slide, swimming, and went to Six Flags! It was an exciting and fun filled week! The night before Emily left, they all huddled in the kitchen and hugged! Super cute!

Character Achievement Award!

Reagan also got the Character Achievement Award this year! This is an award that only 20 kids in the entire school get, that is sponsored by the counselor. It is given to a student that has shown great leadership throughout the year, through interactions with others and demonstrating respect for others. We are super proud of our girl! She got to enjoy Chick-Fil-A breakfast in the school library on the last day of school!

Summer is Here!

It is summer time, and that means great backyard fun! We had to buy a new waterslide this year, which the kids love! I am sure that it will get many uses this summer!

End of School Awards!

Reagan had her end of school year awards this week. The whole first grade did a performance of several songs giving tribute to the Moms and Dads, followed by awards in her classroom. She got several awards, including all A Honor Roll, Outstanding Achievement award, and a Reading award. She was also named the "Lovely Listener" in her class! She had an awesome first grade year!

Swim at School!

One of the best perks of Hudson's school, is the indoor pool! Again, this spring, his school invited parents to come up and watch all that the kids have learned in the pool so far this year. Hudson absolutely amazes me! He swims much better than I can! He easily swims across the pool, either with a freestyle stroke or on his back! I can't wait until summer to see him swim more!

Diamondbacks Soccer!

Hudson has enjoyed playing soccer again this season! He had several new teammates this year on his Diamondbacks team, and they all had a lot of fun! They celebrated last weekend with a season ending party! I think his team came in second, and Hudson had at least one goal every game. He also learned how to play defense this season and defend his goal! Next, comes baseball!
